RCS account updates

I'm totally disappointed in the service I'm receiving from RCS. My account was paid up in full and paid up letters sent to *** and up to today no response on the email sent.

I've called numerous times to find out that my account has not been updated. And it still says it has been referred to agencies. I've spoken to various people when calling and stating that they'll update my profile and up until today nothing has been materialised. What more do I have to do to get this sorted out. When trying to speak to a team leader either no one answers or the call centre agent puts down my call.

It's more than two months later.
