Rcs account that must be closed

I had the rcs account that I opened at game long time and I've closed the account long time but every month I received statements and sometimes I receive calls from the depth collectors. Last month i have spoken to defferent people from game accounts and they even sent me proof that the account is paid up and I don't owe them. Now again they are doing samething and its affecting my credit record.
