RCS account on my ICT profile that is not mine.

how a SP can have such a mass up happen I do not know....

On my credit check I have a listing under my name for an account that is not even mine I have called the RCS group to assist in clearing this mess off my profile and each time I call through they ask me to send through an email with screen shot as per what I see on my profile, each time I am told that I will be contacted back and provided with an update.... well, well its been since Thursday morning that I first contacted them and again Monday they asked me to go through the same process with the promise that I will be contacted later Monday still no feedback from them.... I would not have noticed this should it have not been that we where in the process of buying a house and I was asked to give the balance on the account that is not even mine to start with.

In my view this is highly unprofessional of RCS to have one person's account listed on someone else's profile... Account number : ***
