RCS - A COMPANY OUT TO ***** YOU OVER!

So, firstly, they bind you to a ridiculous interest rate. Having been forced to take a loan in order to pay the deposit on buying a house (pay back R220000 on a R100000 loan) Now, we want to settle the loan, but they seem to take their time on purpose in providing a settlement letter, and I'm sure it is done so in order to get a little bit more interest and more payments from me! I have requested a settlement letter twice in a row already. They claim to have "escalated" it. That seems to be the go-to line nowadays..."we will escalate...". Still, no settlement letter. Get your heads out of your ass RCS, its not a hat!
