On the 21st of December 2023 I made a payment into my RCS Supa quick account of R7000.00
The card was maxed out, so I took money from my hard earning bonus I received and paid into in the standard bank account of RCS.
My first phone call to RCS’s useless consultants was on the 28th of December, where I enquired about the funds not being allocated into my account. They asked me to please send proof of payment with my CARD NUMBER in the subject line. This was sent the 28th of December 2023.
I then sent another email on the 1st of January explaining that the number that they debit my account with is different from my card number so maybe they were confused. On the 2nd of January I asked for feedback. On the 3rd of January I asked for feedback On the 5th I contacted my bank asking them to reverse the funds as you are not responding or allocating my funds, but they could not as it’s a public account.
On the 10th of January 2023 I phoned again and spoke to another useless consultant that told me that the first consultant was incorrect, and I must send my proof of payment with my ID number in the subject, so I did so.
On the 19th I attempted to email another address, that just responded ‘they have sent my email to the correct department’.
On the 23rd I emailed and phoned RCS again and the consultant told me I should wait even longer than I’ve already been waiting, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and wouldn’t put me through to finance. So, I emailed investigations to please assist me and all they responded was I have emailed your email to the correct department. DOESN’T SOUND LIKE MUCH INVESTIGATION WAS DONE- USELESS.
ON THE 24TH OF January I asked for any feedback, because RCS HAS NOW EMAILED IM OWING R2500. But still has not allocated my 7000 rand I paid in December.
On the 25th I emailed again begging someone to answer me.
Now we are on the 30th of January 2024. STILL NO FEEDBACK, STILL NO FUNDS ALLOCATED.
IT’S BEEN A MONTH AND 8 DAYS SINCE MY FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOCATED. BUT RCS IS QUICK TO TAKE MY DEBIT ORDER.
