RCS!!!

I have been using the RCS App without any problems, I make monthly payments and now they advising there's a softblock after I make the payment! Everyone the money reflects immediately now they telling me 2 to 4 working days!! This is unacceptable and I spoke to an agent today who was very dismissive and rude when I am asking questions!! She did not even know that the R1250 was my payment and not a transaction... Please sort this out before tomorrow!!!
