RCS

I app**** for a makro credit card online. I was approved by RCS and made purchases .on the 30th pf April i made an internet payment of 650.00 on the account using my makro shop card instead of my credit card nimber as reference. Only to find out that my account eas also debited from RCS.an amount if 605 taken off. I have asked my banker to return the debit order as i already made payment. There have been emails back and forth from RCS to me and vice versa. All proof of payments were sent as requested by myself to RCS. To date my payment to them is not resolved and I was double debitted for end June! 3 months later and were is my money gone. To top it off i have been added collection fees and sms fees to my account.Not acceptable! I have also been harrassed every day form may to June from the call centre which sooo annoying when I have work and not to mention embarrassing. Either you guys are the staff are *********** or there is a case of ***** going on. A very unhappy customer of RCS. Lastly I even had an email back from a lady called Amanda -no surname.stating thank you for your payment and it will be sent to finance for allocation.(this was the 24th of May.I am still waiting -23th of July!!!!
