RCD Makro

I settled my Makro RCS account in February and it took them 3 months after a Hello Peter complaint to fix the issue, thank you Randy, however Randy said that my credit record will be fixed as well as it was their mistake and incompetency in the first place. However, my record still reflect red on my name and I am not happy about this smudge against my name due to RCS Makro not doing their job. I have NEVER missed any payments in the past so this is a big issue for me.
