Worst service ever, we had the credit to do a purchase at Game. RCS XDS system is a joke! Verified twice for a high purchase card keeps declining even though there is enough credit available, after over an hour on the phone issue was not resolved. Please sort your verification system as most major retail stores actually have bright lights but your system kept telling me it's to bright, and I don't use a cheap phone so sure wasn't my camera. All in all I will never support this organization ever again, month account will be paid and closed. Never in my life have I had such poor service and it's not like I ever defaulted on payment!!
