RCA harrass me, want an Elizabeth, do not understamd I am not Elizabeth

I am frequently called, SMSed, and harrassed by this company. They call and ask to speak to an Elizabeth. I have been nice, rude, frustrated as I am busy, told them I do not know an Elizabeth. They do not stop. I have used the opted out option on the SMS, they do not stop. I have asked them to delete my number from their system, they refuse. I have asked them where they got my numbet, they do not STOP. I told them I did not GIVE my number to them. They tell me they have access to a data base. So, what about the POPIA act which is supposed to protect ME?

I am not Elizabeth, how can I get the message to this bunch of people?
