Rather dont join RCS.

In April I made 2 payments to my RCS account & accidently missed 3 digits of my ref/acc number. It has taken the whole of June of me emailinh bank statements and targetes payment statements to prove that that money has gone off my account and into theirs and they still cannot allocate the payment. I have never ecperienced such insufficiency, i get told that its going to take 7 to 14 working days to look at my email. Ive emailed the statements and proof of payment about 4 times. . Each getting rep**** to that its not sufficient documents. On the sideline i get smses about how mu account is still overdue and I should avoid legal action. Its s simple thing, ive send the proof of payment in all the forms you guys have requested. The money left my accoung and went into yours, how difficult could it be to allocate it and rectify my account? Im fed up and honestly amazed at how this has all happened.
