Query not entirely resolved

Hello everyone.

I was informed that the payment will reflect the actual date of payment, which is 02 November 2021; hence, they chose not to refund the money into my account in order to avoid my account being considered late paid. However, my statement shows that the payment was made on November 22, 2021, and the late payment interest is still reflected, despite the fact that it was promised that it would be removed.

Can this be resolved as soon as possible? Remove the late payment and replace it with the accurate payment date.
