Prescribed old loan of 2016

Please confirm the old debt of a loan from 2016, I had with you is Prescribed , please provide me with a letter stating such. Contacted your department was transferred from pillar to post and email addresses that return as undeliverable.

4 days later and still no reply or response or assistance, how long can it take to provide your clients feedback on a easy simple query .If my debt is prescribed please provide me with prescribed letter or 0 balance letter , if not please provide me with a statement. How difficult can that be. PLEASE ASSIST ME, RCS.
