PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT
I had an account with RCS which it has prescribed and it was handed to collection company which even the collection company called DMC confirmed that the account is prescribed even sending me sms saying the balance has been cancelled to my surprise the RCS did not remove that account on ITC it is still reflecting as active account with outstanding balance
