poor workmanship

after several phone calls, emails and visit to the branches my account was still not sorted out. I have made all they payments due by eft and it was not taken of my account. they keep phoning me telling me I must come pay but I am up to date. I even gave then a spread sheet with all my payments made and the date I made the payment. still no response. I made a complain at makro on the phone.
