Poor service RCS Coricraft card

I experienced the most awful service from RCS coricraft card. I made payments amounting to R 10 000.via my banking app. However, I have encountered the following issue payment not reflecting. Dispute numerous call they still have not resolved that matter. I received a statement this morning and the payments they said would be allocated is still not refecting. You send them emails they don't respond. They even extend my term without notice and I requested the payment term to by 6 months.
