Poor service from RCS, stay away!!!
I paid R10,000.00 to RCS on the 06th of May 2021, this was done to settle the settle my loan, the reference number was unfortunately incorrect, I contacted RCS on the 7th of May to have my account manually credited with the funds and settle my account. To date nothing has happened, instead I get calls everyday reminding me to pay them because my account is in arrears, it's really disappointing to see that in three months my account hasn't been closed.
