Poor service

Very disappointing service. I have been trying to get assistance since 29 May 2026, but it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone. On the occasions that I have managed to speak to staff members, each person has provided different information and advice, leaving me unsure of how to proceed. The lack of communication, consistency, and follow-up has been frustrating. I expected much better customer service and would appreciate urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
