POOR SERVICE!!

Poor experience. They request you to make use of the RCS app to get cash when you need it but I can't even remember when last this function actually worked. This is the purposed of the app is for the convenience. I sit in an open plan office and don't want everyone to know my business. And the staff is not helpful and minimum knowledge. Everything is an issue with them. I'm closing my account. Sick of begging people to do their work in SA.
