POOR SERVICE !!!

I closed my account @ Game accounts managed by RCS opened account with Game in May 2023 i bought an item for R250 i gave them my payment date 21st of each month. I received my statement with R317.50 marked as total amount due, on the same statement there was R468. due where they added R150.00 Initiation fee + R63 Service fee, i was also charged interest but i gave them 21st of each month as my payment day which really upset me . i went to game and paid R468.00 fair enough, when i'm looking at my updated bank statement there was a Debit order of R317.50 went to game/rcs ? i called RCS offices for clearification the lady said R317.50 is monthly installment then R468 is what i was owing meaning in total i'm paiying R468.00+R317.50 for a R250 item. i reversed the DEBIT ORDER and i asked them to close my account. next time if i see accounts are managed by RCS wherever i want open the account i will step back.
