Poor service

I app**** for a loan of R5000 last month which was concluded telephonically ,however my first debit order deduction was unsuccessful due to the fact that it turned out that they have approved and disbursed R7500 instead of R5000 ,which means I made provision the installment for the R5000 loan.i called RCS quite a few times and no one cared to call me back or resolve the issue.now I am constantly getting threading e mails and my credit record is affected apart from the terribly poor service they also charge a high interest rate rather apply at the bank .
