POOR SERVICE

My name is Mr Mpho Makgobatlou and I have an account with RCS Builders. I have being calling them including their debt collectors(VVM) for more than 18 days today, requesting a settlement quotation. None of the collectors had the account in their books, but still they could not assist me.
