Poor Service

I did my RCS card Application on the 7th of May 2019 online and uploaded my documents.

I followed up again on Thursday the 9th of May which the lady advised that they did receive my application and documents and I will receive the outcome of my application by the end of that day. (still waiting)

I followed up again on Friday 10th of May and was also promised to get the outcome of my application not later than Saturday. (still waiting)

I Followed up again on Tuesday 14th of May and the employee that assisted me advised that there was a problem and they did not receive 2 payslips documents but only 1. I said I uploaded all the documents via online. i was put on hold to check if he can retrieve the documents. after a few minutes he advised that he was able to download the documents from their system and he will escalate my application and will receive the outcome by end of Wednesday 15th of May. (still waiting)

This Morning 16th of May I called again and a gentlemen answered the phone. I asked him how long does it take for a RCS card and he said no longer than 48 Hours...

So here I am 10 days later, still waiting for the outcome of my card Application that i was once again promised to get the outcome today.
