Poor service

Me and my husband got both tekkie town accounts we been sending emails of proof of payments that we had done on our tekkie town account they never send us the new details cause we make our payments via eft and no one come back to us to tell us what happen to the money that was paid into the tekkie town accounts so our accounts show that we are in arrears and has been handed over they saying that they will get back to us but never get back to us so where is the payments
