Poor service

I called RCS yesterday as I wanted a settlement amount/ letter on what I ow them at the moment and I regret as there was no one picking up my call, eventually s someone decided to pick it up after 12m:43s, he told me he was putting me through to someone who can help me, I was then made to hold the line for another 15m;16s. I then gave up on the call and dropped it

I called them back no one answered and chose the call me back option from the OVR, my phone rang after some time and when I picked up it was just silent, frustrated I attempted to call them back and again 12m:55s no answer and I dropped the call.

What surprised me was the fact that it was a Sunday 18/11/2018 and I did not expect the lines to be so busy
