Poor service

I have complained about RCS a few days ago, and I have had no response or help from them thus far, even after my complaint. I owe them money, I want to pay them, settle my loan. Simple as that, well it is not, All I asked for was a settlement letter with their banking details, they cannot assist me, and try and phone them, impossible to get help. I`ve never before had to beg somebody to pay them, it is sad.
