Poor service

BAD ATTITUDE,UNHELPFUL,FRUSTRATING.Holding on for 20 mins when the team leader helped me within 2 minutes.Call centre agents are rude.Can't wait to close my account with them.Called from Durban and they just put me on hold endlessly.
