POOR POOR SERVICE/ NON RESPONSIVE
THIS IS SOOO BAD! DONT EVER TAKE AN INSURANCE WITH RCS! IT HAS NOW BEEN 3MONTHS SINCE I HAVE SENT THROUGH REQUIRED DOCS IN ORDER TO UNBLOCK MY MAKRO ACCOUNT! NO RESPONSE. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
