Poor payment history on ITC for a closed account

I settled my personal loan in June 2015 - EARLY settlement. On the first of October I received a call saying i am in arrears with R 200. When I finally lost my temper after the 3rd call and sent through THEIR letter to me stating the loan is paid up and the account closed I received a call back to say that they have updated their records and that they apologise for the inconvenience.<br> In the MEANTIME they put a 60 days late payment on my ITC profile for 2 months - May and June 2015...i paid via debit order and can PROVE that this was paid monthly until i settled in June! This dropped my credit score to fair, from Very Good and even though i sent an email last week nobody has bothered to contact me.<br> I have been complaining that i can not log into my online profile for my RCS card for over 2 months now and guess what - STILL nothing!<br> I want my credit record cleared immediately! I have been declined for a credit card with my bank because of this BS!!!
