Poor experience when trying to collect RCS card.

I have app**** for the rcs store credit card and was approved. I then got an sms to say to go to my nearest rcs store that has the rcs branding on the door. My nearest store was Builders Warehouse but I called the Builders call-center just to be sure and to avoid what’s happening now, they confirmed all good, to go to any store. So I went to Builders who had to call rcs before giving me the card due to activation. Low and behold o was told they can only help and only keep the builders branded rcs cars that I can use at builders, game and MAKRO and not the generic black card that I can use at 20000 stores (the one I app**** for). After a very long time waiting I walked out and will now cancel.
