Poor customer service

My name is sudesh ramsoodur, i have called in today for a cash advance on my game account,the 1 st agent said it takes up to 5 days for it to reach my account i then said cancel it, she said it will be handed over to a team leader, i called again in later today cause i no longer needed the money, i asked for the call recording the agent said No, i am a customer and i am entitled for the recording, i asked tk speak to a manager, waitin on the line for 20 minutes still no one to take my call. Poor service from a huge customer
