Poor Customer Service
Took out a loan with them in November never opted to pay the initiation fees upfront, however when it came to my Debit Order they charged me for initiation fees.
They claim they're calls are recorded but to date I have not yet received any feedback from them as to how they will rectify this.
Worst mistake ever.
