Poor customer service
RCS has the worst customer service. My 6-month interest free store card account has been charged with interest every month. Each time I call I'm told that the matter has been escalated to the Admin department and I will receive feedback within 48 hours. I'm yet to receive any feedback and interest still hasn't been reversed
