Poor customer relations

<p>I have been paying my account each month, and due to RCS not allocating my payments to my account, they now say I have fallen behind on my account, and have black listed me. I have contacted their accounts department on numerouse occassions askinig for this matter to be sorted, but nothing gets done, and neither do I get any kind of feedback from them, with the exception of their lawyers contacting me and threatening legal action against me.</p> <p>I find this terrible service from RCS and would never recommend them to anyone.</p>
