Poor comminication

Good day. I tried phoning, emailing and chat online with rcs that someone can help me access my account that has been blocked for no reason. I use the spp very little. No one could assit me. Just telling me that they are offline. Did not even to ask for my details or acc nr. So how did they know my problem.
