Poor and bad experience with RCS

Rcs shouldn’t even receive a rating because that’s how poor of a service they give us customers ! Some of their employees and I wish I had their names , are so dry and unhelpful it’s ridiculous ! Some of them act super entitled and it’s so unprofessional ! It took me 4 ladies to get to the right department and then I can still hear them over the phone talking to whoever and then after I start getting rude then it’s “yes , how can I help you . Not hi there ma’am how can i assist you today.” what in the world is going on with this company ?!?? It’s disgusting that we have to even deal with this sort of treatment when we are the paying customers ! I can’t wait to be finished with RCS because clearly it’s never going to ever get better. I hope someone will eventually pull themselves right and teach their employees some people skills and the correct way to treat a customer! Disgusting!
