Poor Admin

Keep on getting sms and calls that my account is overdue and not paid. However payment was made on 23 October. Sent through proof of payment via email and fax. But still im getting calls that the payment is not reflecting. Payment confirmation was sent through 8 times already. To date Im yet to receive a statement of my account, although I confirm my email address on every call.
