PnP/RCS Store Account - DISAPPOINTED by the POOR service.

I would like to review PnP/RCS Store Account, I app**** for the account last week, I then followed up yesterday on the application, the consultant told me they have escalated to the relevant dept and they'll revert back to me before COB and guess what, they didn't come back to me. Today again I call and I get the same story, now I'm worried if this is the kind of relationship we'll have even after onboarding, I think I should take my business elsewhere immediately for it seems they don't want it.
