PnP Rcs Card is a bunch of ****. Just causes embarrassment!!!

This PNP rcs card is a bunch of ****. Everytime I try and purchase it declines. I then have to phone them and after the embarrassment of standing in the queue it goes through. Today It was declined again, when I phoned they had to put me through to the ***** department, apparently I didn't answer my security question correctly and they couldn't help me..
