I paid Queenspark RCS Account by EFT on the 29 April 2015. They phoned me and said that I did not pay them.<br> On 20 May 2015 I emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed]<br> They then phoned me again and again I emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed]<br> I Then made a EFT payment on 29 May 2015 and I emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed]<br> They then phoned me telling me they received the proof of payment of 29 May 2015 but not the payment <br> made on 29 April 2015. Again I emailed both proof of payments to [Email Removed]<br> I phoned them and they told me that they did receive the proof of payment on 29 April 2015.<br> They also sms me to confirm receipt of payment also they will investigate the matter. On 07 July I received a letter that was made out on 29 June 2015 telling me that my most recent payment was due by the 1st of the month and records show that we have not received it. On 29 June 2015 I made a EFT payment of R700.00.<br> Why did they receive the second proof of payment and not the others.<br> Please sort out your admin and stop calling me for proof of payment because it cost me time and money.<br>
