I wish i knew why its so hard for a human to understand the below as i know its even easy to teach a old DOG new tricks i want a manager to call me NOW.

Please rate your own service. For the past two weeks I have been call you utmost unless support department. I have spoken to Leah from ***** i think about 4 times she sadly has been the only one who has tried to assist us. Now today I have spoken Nonkose from customer care. I have sent countless emails asking for a manager to call me back to assist me but clearly as a customer I am a joke. The best part is this is the simplest thing. All I need is a email from the RCS Group stating that myself Diego has only one RCS with RCS and the account number done please can anyone just anyone tell me why its so hard to get this out of you. I am in the process of buying a house this is the last week I have been giving but your brilliant and wonderful service will make me loss my bond i would like to be called back NOW ***
