Please involve experian
Guys if someone use your card to buy goods at certain store dont just complain to that store only,you have to involve experian so that they can protect your identity from being ****** and investigate the matter on your behalf. I had a similar situation where someone opened an account using my details and buy something that cost R6000.00 and yet i know nothing about that. If i didnt involve experian im sure i would be owing that company R12000,00 today.

26 Jul 2022, 14:50If your identity is protected by experian but still someone buy goods using your card then just know its one of the employees of that company cause no company can accept your credit card without confirming with you 1st because once they punch your ID on their system it will automatically show them that this identity was once compromised and they must request a letter of protection you received from experian.
