Please Close my account!!!!!!
I have a Store card with RCS, paid up my account via Vericred they sent me a Paid up letter in March I asked RCS to close my account they told me about 21 working days but up to today my account is still active on Credit Bureau. Please can you assist? is it 21 weeks, months or years?
