PLEASE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
I took a personal loan with RCS which i paid paid off within a month and requested a paid up letter which i received. to my surprise to day i am receiving a statement in regards to the account and i dont understand why as i expect my account to be closed. i was assured by the consulatant that the account will be closed before a paid up letter is issued. Please i dont have time, money and energy to waste on such matters as ie xpect you to give excellent service all the time. This to me is not acceptable.
