Pick N Pay Refuses to close RCS Smart Shopper Account

I have been battling to get pick n pay and rcs to close my store account since September, they simply refuse to do so. They make empty promises. This is my second review on hello peter where i am escalating them to close my account. Here is the link to the first post https://www.hellopeter.com/pick-n-pay/reviews/pick-and-pay-store-account-worst-customer-service- ********** I was first given an empty promise that my account would be closed on the 13th of october after they failed to close it in September, then in October they said my account will be closed 12 November 2018 until today the account has not been closed.

Today i am going to close and destroy smart shopper card and i will never ever shop at pick n pay. I want to warn anyone trying to open an account at pick n pay not to do so otherwise account will never be closed.
