Pick n pay RCS store card paid up but listed negatively on my credit listing

I recently found out that someone had opened a pick n pay store card in my name we are in the process of purchasing a house and because I wanted it cleared off my name asap my husband I decided to pay it I've been fighting With the to remove the listing off my name I got the paid up letter but to date back and forth it's still on my credit profile as defaulted. I was told they would update it on lizzy bot but nothing these people are just cruel and they have no customer service at all I've made over 60 calls believe me I've documented each and every one with just over 35 emails.
