Pick n Pay account....think twice.

Try cancel a Pick n Pay account card, i have tried to cancel my account now for more than a month. I got through once. You Will hold on for assistance no less than 30min... guaranteed. The guy on the phone said i had to pay another R145.00 rand “account fees” although i didn’t owe a cent on the account. He never closed it.. i have to pay another R145.00 and will probably pay that for as long as i don’t have the time to sit on a phone for 30min + . Amazing how quick it is to open the account and it seems they have thousands of people just sitting waiting for your call, but to close the account there isn’t one person either available or capable. So sick of it...
