PHONE RECORDS OF MONDAY WHEN I CALLED IN AS MY REFERANCE

Apparently i have a RCS Card since 2016 that i did not know about till last week when i checked my credit score. i called RCS on Monday and spoke to 3 different consultant's that could not answer me or assist me or tell me when and where i signed the contract with them or if it was done telephonically they should send me the recording or email the contract to me . They advised that the manager is not available and they all work from home. i asked all 3 consultants to call me back cos they are slow and i was low on airtime , with no luck what so ever till this day .

so this card had R3000 in it when the account was opened in 2016 and up to this day the balance is R2019.00 not sure how that is possible and frankly don't care, i will not be held liable to repay anything.

I would like for them (RCS) to close this account and take it off my name (not appear on my ITC record). I will be viewing my credit report end of next month again and if this is not removed i will take this further as it is *****!!!!
