Personal loan NOT to go with RCS

I am very discussed with RSC loans!!!!!!!

I called into the call centre for a settlement figure and they said they will sms it to me. I paid it in full and the following months I get a statement with a balance.

I called into the call centre again and cannot get hold of a manager!!!

can someone please assist me as i cannot pay that balance !!!!
