PD UP PERSONAL LOAN :A NEW LOAN IN MY NAME BY UNKN
I was horribly shocked to receive an account from RCS on a paid-up loan account to find that, not only did they deduct an additional payment from my account - I have a credit balance which is due to me (they deducted an instalment after settlement of my loan) but SHOCK HORROR I now have a new loan account for R19000.00 plus interest of R4000 which was never taken out by me!!!! <br> <br>
